| Event: LITTLE FALLS HOLIDAY TOURS
Month: NOVEMBER
City: LITTLE FALLS
|
Begins: Nov-29-2024 Ends: Dec-08-2024Description: Little Falls has multiple mansions and museums to tour during the Holiday season. Annually the day after Thanksgiving for 10 straight days the town is filled with Traditional Holiday themes everywhere you look. Linden Hill mansions (built in 1898) offer a tour of two historic mansions once owned by the Weyerhaeuser and Musser families. Each room is decorated by the community families and business (different every year). The Rosenmeier home (built in 1903), hold an army of Nutcrackers and Holiday trees, while touring the mansion itself is a great memory and we want to make it last. The MN Fishing Museum has over 50 Wreathes and Christmas Trees all decorated by the local businesses. The entire town is lined with lights on all our downtown buildings in a historic district. The town sits on the Mississippi River and has a huge light display in Le Bourget park; which is also the town Charles Lindbergh Landed in in 1927 and Little Falls is host to the Sister City friends from France annually.
